Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is paramount. All information shared before, during, and after your session is kept strictly confidential. We never sell or share client data. The only exception is if disclosure is required by law or you give written consent.

Data Handling

Basic booking details (name, contact, session type) are used solely to schedule and provide your service. Payment details are processed securely by our payment provider and are not stored by us.

Recording & Testimonials

Sessions are not recorded unless both parties agree in writing. Testimonials or feedback may be shared only with your explicit permission and without identifying details unless you request otherwise.

No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any services rendered. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Spiritual Work Is Energy-Based: Psychic readings and spiritual services involve time, focus, and energy that cannot be reclaimed once a session is booked or performed.
• Time Reserved: Each session reserves dedicated time, even if the client does not show up or cancels last-minute. Your booking holds a space that could have been offered to another client.
• Service Delivered: Even if results vary, the service (spiritual insight, energy work, or materials provided—candles, crystals, oils, incense, etc.—or intuitive guidance) has been provided as promised.
• Outcome Is Not Guaranteed: Psychic readings are meant to offer guidance and clarity, not guaranteed outcomes. Every path is unique, and free will always plays a role.

Rescheduling & Late Arrivals

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals may shorten the session to respect subsequent bookings. No-shows are charged in full.

Scope of Services

Readings and energy work are for personal insight and spiritual support. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. Seek licensed professionals for those needs.

Clients Under 18

Services are for adults 18+. Minors require a parent/guardian present and written consent.
